I'm a seasonal member and you can pick what you'd rather have on a few items. Make sure you check your email when customizing begins so you can at least pick what you'd rather have in your box. I've been a member almost 2 years and yes there are good boxes and not so good boxes. I didn't get the makeup blender, I don't even know what that is but Im curious lol - and you don't have to be an annual member to pick and choose

I’m a new customer & the Fall box will be my first box & is on the way. After reading all the negative comments, makes me a bit nervous. Hopefully the box is much better than the comments.

I ordered the fall box a coue of weeks ago and still have not received it but according to these comments im kind of worried now if i should keep or cancel. I am on a fixed income as it is and so i thought i was going to treat myself to a surprise since i dont really spend money on myself. Could you please check and see what happened to my order? Thank you.

I received my first box and was very satisfied with it. The teapot is really cute and so is the umbrella. Love the bag, it’s my new pocketbook! The only thing I couldn’t use was the face cream because I have very sensitive skin and it made my face all red and burning. I got in touch with the service center and they gave me credit for this item without a problem. Vanessa the service person was very polite and nice on answering my questions. Love the eye cream and the masks. I’m glad I ordered this for a year, it’s a special treat for me four times a year and was everything that I love inside. Thank you again I will be recommending this to other friends

I always get excited when the box arrives as do my daughters, however I was disappointed this time.

Hi Kimberly from TX are you talking about the fall box? Because I have not received mine yet. And I agree with you if you were talking about the summer box. But, for $40.00 4 times a year aI don’t think is too bad. The boxes in the past have been good. So hopefully you will stick with it.I believe you can also pick from a choice of 2 on certain items that they are offering us. Best of luck with your decision making. After all the hype I expected this to be better. This was only my second box and when I decided to do this for myself I researched it. The boxes I saw from the past and what were posted were awesome, but I was so disappointed in this box. The face cream-lotion I did like along with the beauty blender and the bath stuff, but the rest of it, No. I'll go ahead and give it a couple more chances (boxes) but if it keeps up then I'll just have to cancel. I hope it gets better though. I never do things Like this for myself since I'm a single mom so this was big for me. ???? a very disappointed fff member.

My first fall box sounds like the same box everyone else received. My interests have nothing to do with this box. I do NOT wear face makeup YET I have a face blender? Like no. I don’t drink coffee and have a French press? Why? Hand towels no thanks and umbrella is not my choice. I specifically said yes to only a few items about me (things I prefer) brows, hair, fitness, face cleaning stuff... I received NONE of what I asked for. Lame. How can I get a box with my actually interest please!

Unfortunately, I am joining the crowd who is disappointed with the Fall box. The Spring and Summer boxes were way better. The Fall box was dull...boring. Like a lot of you, I'm giving FabFitFun one more try. I will cancel if it disappoints as well. We will see....

This will be my 4th box and I've loved them. Now I'm scared for this one.

Wow such negative comments. I have a seasonal subscription and got to customize my box as well, so you don't have to be an annual member to choose. My summer box was better, but I will do it for a year and see how it goes. They send emails to customize your box, but you have to log on to pick ladies. Have a nice day, hope your boxes get better!

I too was disappointed in the Fall box. FFF is pretty much the one thing I do that is just for me. This month left me quite disappointed. Can you say “pleather”? The coffee pot or tea pot? Very downhill from previous boxes; I have never had a reason to complain before. Hope this was an issue that won’t happen again.

This is my 5 th box I’ve received and overall the quality has gone way downhill. The purse I’m giving to a resale shop. I’m sorry to tell you this,but very upsetting! ????sad FabFitFun customer

I am glad I am not the only one disappointed. The only thing that I really liked was the Yoga Bath Crystals. Other than that....meh.

I too am disappointed on the Fall box. I am regifting everything except the beautiful red and white floral umbrella and the face cream(I love). Everything else is cheap quality. I have Vince Camuto leather shoes, I was expecting the same quality. I mean really "vegan leather" , how about just say "cheap man-made material". My first 2 boxes were high quality, I loved. If this keeps up, I will cancel.

I'd like more surprises in the box. Customizing reduces the "ooh" factor.

I was disappointed with the Fall Box as well...just nothing (but the Blender) that I will use. I did really like the Summer Box. I’ve decided to cancel and spend the $50 on that one or two items I really would love to have.

Sonya - I have actually used the facial scrub you referenced in your message above. It’s actually a very nice cleanser. You should give it a try. Amy

I would gladly swap my teapot for your coffee press, and I have a white and red umbrella wanna trade, all we would be out would be the ups ...I love my box but would love to see you happy too.

I am wondering after reading comments if people realize you can only customize if you are an annual subscription member but not if you pay quarterly. Ive been member for two years. Only negative for me is that the dollar values are often very much inflated. The tote is not worth $125 - more like $20.

I was disappointed this time if only I received those items I just looked at. The tote awful vegan leather I sell them where I work never asked for that. Also the tea towels and coffee press what was that all about? I’ll give you one more month then that’s it . I also recommended you to my friends please don’t disappoint them also. Sonia I feel the same way! I got completely the opposite of what I like or needed. Pretty much everything was re gifted or went to Good Will. The dish towels actually made me MAD they don’t dry anything, they are going in the trash. When I called I was told I should have customized my order (which I did) and that there was nothing they could do. Such a disappointment!!

Hi Sonia. I’m sorry you missed your email that let you choose different options to customize your box. This was my 2nd box and my favorite so far. I loved everything in my box. I can’t wait to see what’s in the next one.

Hi Sonya, I’m a new member and I was able to login and choose what items I wanted. Tote or makeup brushes, coffee press or tea pot, polka dot umbrella or flowered umbrella, face cleanser or eye cream etc... Not all items can be picked like the face mask and make up blender. I absolutely LOVE my box!! Maybe you should try logging into your account so you can personalize your next box. -Chrystle

I recently received my First Box, the September Box and was dismally disappointed. I don’t know why I filled out a questionaire about myself and what I like when it was completely ignored. Everything I got in my box was pretty much a disappointment, and it is sitting here waiting to join the Goodwill Box. There is really nothing in that box except the Facial Masks that was of any use to me. I received a Coffee Press, I am addicted to tea and NEVER drink coffee. I am sure I included that in my questionnaire? So, I won’t even open that box, it is a complete waste of space in my house. I would have adored the teapot, but it wasn’t meant to be. A Brown Vince Camuto Tote, I don’t own anything brown, and never wear brown. The Black would have been perfect for me, that’s another thing left in the box. The Umbrella was boring, and bordering on ugly. I would have loved the bright flowery one, I received a white one with some strange black spots on it? I used it to go to a Meeting and purposely left it in the Umbrella Stand, hoping someone might put it to use. I have an umbrella I love, that is red and blue floral, I will stick to that. I see on Facebook, videos of women opening their boxes and getting fabulous items like Makeup Brushes, Liquid metallic lipstick, a really nice moisturizer, I got a tube of some sort of facial cleanser which I haven’t worked up the courage to try? It came in a metal toothpaste type tube! I also got a Beauty Blender that actually looks like a turd. It is so off putting that I can’t bring myself to use it, and would never leave it on my makeup Vanity. I absolutely LOVE Beauty Blenders and only that brand. I would have been too happy to get the pink one as pictured in your magazine and that I saw on FB, how did I get a dark brown one? It looks like a Party Gag, poop in a tube! My kid ate the energy bar, said he wouldn’t have finished it if he wasn’t so hungry. Lastly, the dish towels. 99c Store quality. I have beautiful, plush dish towels, these will be good to leave in the Bathroom. I would like to cancel my Subscription, I really don’t care to waste money on another box of items that are not me, and I would never use. I was done with the Coffee Press! Great way to welcome a new Member that just joined, not read the “about me”, and send me the ugliest or most useless items you had left in the bin to fill the box. Thanks, but no thanks.
