We brought in celebrity makeup artist and founder of Contour Fossa, Emma Willis, to share tips on how to get the most out of the trèStiQue Matte Color and Shiny Balm Lip Crayon from the Fall Box.
Look 1: Balm
Lips feeling dry? Moisturize and add a bit of glossy sheen using just the balm. Emma’s tip: “Use the side of the balm to ensure the product doesn’t reshape and break. Tap the balm along the cupid’s bow to add a natural highlight to your lips.”
Look 2: Balm, then crayon
If you want a sheer tint, layer the crayon on top of the balm. Emma’s tip: “Line the lip using the tip of the crayon vertically, then sweep it over the entire lip to fill in the rest of the lips.”
Look 3: Crayon
Craving a matte finish? Use just the crayon side for an effortless look. Emma’s tip: “Start from the cupid’s bow and take the tip of the crayon to line the outer part of the top and bottom lips, then fill in the rest of the lip. Apply a few layers.”
Look 4: Crayon, then balm
Build off the matte crayon and add some shine to it with the balm. Emma’s tip: “Dap the balm onto the center of the lower and upper lip to add shine.”
