    Yay! It’s almost officially summer! Yep, even though you may have been rocking your string bikinis and sundresses for a few weeks now, summer doesn’t actually start until tomorrow, June 21st!

    That’s right, tomorrow all of us will experience the most sunlight of the year, and Iceland (being the northernmost location in the world) will experience a full 24 hours of sunlight. And you know what that means? 24 hours to party!

    So we’re celebrating with a day full of activities, including a nice, cool, Icelandic beverage created by New York mixologists at bars; PDT, Little Branch, Milk & Honey and Gwynnett St. Using Reyka Vodka (an Icelandic specialty) these drinks will have you partying in the summer sun all day and night!

    Ingredients:
    1 1/2 ounces Reyka
    1/2 ounces Rosemary Infused Cognac
    3/4 ounces Lemon Juice
    1/2 ounces Cane Syrup
    Barspoon Solerno

    Directions:
    Whip and strain into iced Collins glass. Top with soda water. Garnish with large rosemary sprig.

    Ingredients:
    2 ounces Reyka
    3/4 ounces Simple
    1 ounces Lime
    3 slices of cucumber
    Small handful of mint

    Directions:
    Add all ingredients to shaker and muddle cucumber and mint. Shake and strain into ice filled rocks glass. Garnish with a mint sprig poked through three cucumber wheels.

    Ingredients:
    1 1/2 ounces Reyka
    3/4 ounces AITA Rhubarb
    3/4 ounces Lime Juice
    1/2 ounces Boiron Strawberry Puree

    Directions:
    Shake and strain into chilled coupe.Top with 1 oz brut champagne. Garnish with sprigs of lavender.

    Ingredients:
    2 ounces Reyka
    1/2 ounces Lillet Blanc
    3/4 ounces 1:1 Honey Syrup
    3/4 ounces Lemon Juice
    5-6 Fresh Lemon Verbena Leaves

    Directions: restaura
    Shake and strain into ice filled rocks glass. Grate fresh cinnamon on top and garnish with two Lemon Verbena leaves.
