Tasha Ball

Tasha Ball recently graduated from San Diego State University where she earned a degree in communication and spent her time cheering on the sidelines for the Aztecs! From her early years as a competitive gymnast and springboard diver, to her current position as an instructor for the Universal Cheerleaders Association, Tasha has made fitness a way of life. She not only instructs cheerleaders all over the nation, but she has also taught internationally in Australia, Germany, London, and Japan! Tasha is a writer for Varsity.com as well as The Cheer Leader Magazine, and has been a correspondent for Varsity TV for 3 years. In addition to cheerleading, she loves running, frozen yogurt, making costumes, and is ecstatic to be a part of the FFF Team!
