Are You Ready for Some Calories?
Suit up and get ready to win with these pre-game workouts
By now you know the FabFitFun ladies are ready for some football. We had you covered all season long with football terminology, fab football gear, tailgating tips, best sports bars, and, of course, the most important component of the big game: hot, tight pants-wearing men!
So as we get ready to don our jerseys and drink light beer, let us offer one word of caution: calories. Between the pizza, wings, dips, chips, and desserts, many fans consume thousands of fatty, diet-destroying calories. In fact, research by the Calorie Control Council and Snack Food Association found that Americans will eat 30 million pounds of snacks on Sunday. And we’re not just talking about Val Kilmer and Steven Seagal.
And while you could just stick to celery sticks and unsweetened iced tea, why not use some of that endless pre-game commentary time to work off what you can indulge in later? We round up just what you need to do to burn off some of your fave Super Bowl snacks!
