Sculpt dancer’s legs and more
Watching So You Think You Can Dance actually makes us pretty positive that we, in fact, cannot dance. (This was confirmed when we tried a leap in our living room and landed half on our coffee table, half on our dog, Spot.)
But it does make us wonder how we can get uh-mazing legs like those fabulous dancers! (After the bruising and swelling from our dance-tastrophe goes down, of course.) Oh yes, the SYTYCD contestants have provided us with a smorgasbord of sexy legs for weeks, and we have been inspired to work our bodies like the dancers do, except with less booty popping.
We called in international fitness expert and former Brooklyn Nets dancer Sara Haley, who has all the right moves to tone our thighs, carve our calves, and maybe even perk up our posteriors. But like any good dancer (or bad in our case) knows, dancing takes a fully trained and fit bod. So Sara hooked us up with three fab videos to tighten our triceps, eliminate those pesky pounds, and of course, get those dancer legs we love!
