Simply Fresh Organic Guacamole
A gluten- and dairy-free guacamole.
3 ripe organic avocados
1/2 cup diced organic tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped organic white onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh organic cilantro
2 organic jalapeños, chopped
Organic garlic powder and sea salt, to taste
1. In a large serving bowl, smash avocados with a fork.
2. Add tomatoes, cilantro, onions, & jalapeños. Mix.
3. Season with garlic powder & sea salt to taste. Mix in well.
Note: For an extra creamy dip, add 1/4 cup Greek coconut yogurt.
