Pumpkin Pie Martini
The classic taste of pumpkin pie — in a glass! And come on, would Tony Horton steer you wrong? But pumpkin lovers beware, this cocktail is so good (and strong), it’s easy to overindulge, so make sure to drink responsibly (which is always a good look).
6 ounces vanilla-flavored vodka
6 ounces canned unsweetened pumpkin
4 ounces fat-free condensed milk
4 ounces unsweetened almond milk (or fat-free milk)
4 tablespoon pumpkin pie seasoning
6 crushed reduced-fat vanilla wafers
1. Place vodka and pumpkin in a bowl, and stir until pumpkin has dissolved.
2. Stir in condensed milk and almond milk. Add seasoning and stir well.
3. Dip rims of glasses in crushed vanilla wafers.
4. Pour liquid over ice into glass and enjoy.
Makes 6 servings.
