Peppermint Protein Smoothie

After you make this guilt-free peppermint concoction, you will no longer have Peppermint Mocha Frappuncino Envy. Knowing you’re getting the same great holiday taste with a fraction of the fat and calories? Sounds like the perfect holiday present to you and your waistline.
Ingredients:
1 large frozen banana
1 cup vanilla non-dairy milk
1 scoop raw or organic protein powder
Handful mint leaves
1 cup spinach
1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
1 tablespoon dark chocolate shavings, at least 80% cacao, for garnish
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix then garnish with the chocolate and serve!
