Pumpkin Pie Dip
Is it an appetizer or a dessert? Who cares when it tastes this good! Light, healthy (only 0.1 gram of fat per serving!), yet expertly satisfies even the most stubborn sweet tooth. Serve with your favorite fruit or low-fat cookies.
15-ounce can pumpkin
3/4 cup brown sugar (Splenda would work too)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or more to taste)
6 ounces fat free Greek yogurt
8 ounces Cool Whip free
Cut up apples to dip
1. Mix pumpkin with brown sugar, vanilla and spices, blend well. Mix in yogurt.
2. Fold in Cool Whip and chill in refrigerator until ready to eat.
Makes about 6 cups.
