Pomegranate Champagne Cocktail
Courtesy of Food Network
Healthy cooking aficionado Ellie Krieger brings us a simple yet oh-so-delicious champagne concoction. Here’s a tip: because this recipe is so simple, don’t omit the pomegranate arils. And while it may sound fan-cay (our “fancy” word for fancy), you can easily find these babies at any health food store.
1 teaspoon fresh pomegranate arils, optional
4 ounces Champagne
1/2 teaspoon store bought pomegranate juice
1 teaspoon cassis
1. Place fresh pomegranate arils, if using, into a Champagne flute.
2. Pour Champagne into flute, add pomegranate juice and cassis.
