1. Dark-chocolate-covered almonds
Handy nutritious snacks are great ways to curb hunger in between meals and dark chocolate is an antioxidant.
2. Hair tie
Must always be prepared for any fitness activity. Keep the focus on the workouts and not on having to keep hair out of the face.
3. Kiehl’s moisturizer
Moisture is continuously lost through skin throughout the day. I carry a travel-size Kiehl’s moisturizer to keep hands and joints moisturized. Daily maintenance helps keep the skin stay soft and keep a natural healthy glow.
4. Burt’s Bees beeswax lip balm
Lips are very susceptible to drying out (especially in the winter season). I find that the natural ingredients in Burt’s Bees lip balm helps keep mine soft and super supple.
5. A bottle of water
A must! Water is the number one essential nutrient.
