Ladies, it’s time to put down the Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte and celebrate the changing season in a healthier, more whole-body way! Yes, the familiar white and green cups marked with the letters “PSL” have us thinking tall boots and cozy sweaters weeks ahead of the arrival of the cold weather, but there’s another way to welcome falling leaves and changing temperatures: yoga.

Yoga is one of my favorite ways to add a dose of wellness into my day. If you’ve never tried it, here’s your chance! Follow along with this yoga sequence created exclusively for FabFitFun readers by Los Angeles yoga teacher Erin Grossman. Give your body a little hug and a twist, prepping your body for your favorite pair of skinny jeans and your mind for the changing season.

Yoga offers the perfect blend of strength and core movements, paired with breath to bring you to a calm mental state without all the side effects of our favorite caffeinated fall treat. Every posture offers the chance to dig a little deeper, toning and sculpting your body. You’re lifting every pound of your bodyweight in surefire firming postures like crescent and plank. Find a mat and move your body!
