Golden Globe Glam Predictions

by  |

Calling all fash-lovers! On your marks, get set, Globes! That’s right, Sunday night brings us the 2013 Golden Globe Awards, and we are soooooo ready to kick off red carpet season!

We’ve been keeping up with the fab fashion moments along with the horrible fashion flops all year. (Ashley Judd at the Emmys, anyone?) But along with new award shows comes new hope for some fierce looks to lust after. Based on their previous performances as stand-out stunners on the red carpet, there are a nominees this year that we’re predicting will blow the fash-competition out of the water!

Check out our list of predictions for Best Look on the Golden Globe Red Carpet!

Marion Cotillard

Seen here at the AFI Fest gala premiere of Rust and Bone, the French beauty donned a daring Dior halter dress that fit like a dream, and showed off her super toned stems. We can’t wait to see if she’ll pull an “Angelina’s Right Leg” at the Globes, where the film is nominated in the Best Motion Picture Drama category.

Naomi Watts

The British-Australian actress is always classically chic, and definitely didn’t disappoint this year at the premiere of Madagascar III at the Cannes Film Festival, where she wore a feather-embellished Marchesa gown. Her movie The Impossible is nominated in the Best Motion Picture Drama category.

Sofia Vergara

Though she may have had a fashion mishap last year at the Primetime Emmys, Sofia Vergara sure did look radiant in a sparkling teal Zuhair Murad gown. The beauty with the body is nominated for Best Supporting Actress in a Series, Miniseries, or TV Movie for her role in Modern Family.

Jennifer Lawrence

A relative newcomer to the awards show red carpet, the Hunger Games heroine looked stunning in a metallic, gold Prabal Gurung ensemble at the LA premiere of the film. We know we can count on Jennifer to bring something fresh to the fashion seen at the Golden Globes this year. She’s nominated for Best Actress in a Motion Picture, Musical, or Comedy for her role in Silver Linings Playbook.

Anne Hathaway

She’s come a long way since The Princess Diaries! Anne hit the red carpet in London in a pearl-adorned white Givenchy number for the Les Misérables premiere. The actress has been taking a lot of risks lately, so we can’t wait to see what she’ll be wearing at the Globes, where she’s nominated for Best Supporting Actress in a Motion Picture.

Hayden Panettiere

Another youngun, Hayden always wears something fun on the carpet. She’s pictured here wearing a glam blue and gold Marchesa dress at the 2012 Emmy Awards. As a nominee in the Best Supporting Actress in a series, miniseries, or TV movie for her role in Nashville, we’re sure this is one time the star won’t be wearing cowboy boots with her dress.
