On Your Mark, Get Set, Train!
We’ll admit it. Lately, we’ve been a little distracted. The Oscars are coming up tomorrow, Kate Middleton finally revealed her baby bump, we’re busy planning out a spring wardrobe…the list goes on. But desperate times call for desperate measures. So we’ve enlisted the help of On Your Mark coaching and training to help us get our butt into shape before the warm weather (and that cute dress we just ordered) arrives.
It’s pretty hard to slack off when a personal trainer is at your side, and the On Your Mark trainers are dedicated to keeping you focused through every minute of your workout. With custom training programs, group classes, performance testing, injury prevention training, cycling and gait analysis, and nutritional guidance (whew, that was a mouthful), On Your Mark wants to help you seriously fine-tune your fitness plans. Intrigued? Terrified? We suggest testing the waters at their newest class: OYMTC.
OYMTC is broken down into three different sections: Get Lean, Get Toned, and Get Strong. The class is taught by On Your Mark co-owners Emily Hutchins and Annette Fiscelli, who encourage team building just as much as cardio and strength training. You know that “I feel your pain” sensation you get when your gym buddy is sweating there next to you? You’re definitely going to feel that in this class. And your arms, butt, and abs will thank you!
Try the class on Thursdays at 6 p.m. and Saturdays at 10:30 a.m. at OYM’s West Loop location, or Thursdays at 7:15 a.m. and Saturdays at 10 a.m. at their Bucktown location. Come sweat with us!
