LA Agenda Dec. 20-26
The countdown to the holidays is over, which means the week to indulge all your senses is finally here! Celebrate in style with these must-do events!
Daily through Sun. Jan. 6, various times
Finally, kids (and kids at heart) can ice skate with a little Disney magic! For the first time ever, skate on a Tinker Bell-themed rink and visit the surrounding “holiday village” for festive treats, photos, and an interactive art experience. General admission is $15 and skate rental is $3.
Fri. Dec. 21, 6-8 p.m.
Lashfully Newport Beach, 7918 E. Coast Highway, Newport Beach
The prefect prerequisite to a girls’ night out! This pretty party has holiday treats, complimentary makeup, and glamour lashes to make you sparkle inside and out.
Fri. Dec. 21, 6:30-8:30 p.m.
The Music Center Plaza, 135 N. Grand Ave., Downtown

Sat. Dec. 22, 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
Malibu Country Mart, 3835 Cross Creek Road, Malibu
Meet Santa’s reindeer before they head off to the North Pole — no, really! Pet real, live reindeer, take a picture with Santa, and listen to carolers…if you can tear yourself away from the in-store specials at the mart’s luxury shops, that is!
Sat. Dec. 22, 11 a.m.-6 p.m.
2780 Cabot Drive, Corona
With over 30 gourmet food trucks, live music, and a beer garden, this food truck festival might just give you a reason to break out those stretchy “hearty eating” pants a few days before the holiday feasts. A part of the proceeds benefit Corona Partners for Parks, so we won’t judge if you decide to grab a few trays and chalk it up to being charitable!
Sat. Dec. 22, 7-10 p.m.
Skinny’s Lounge, 4923 Lankershim Blvd.,
As the year winds down, party like it’s 1929! With burlesque, slapstick comedy, vintage accessories, a costume contest, and real flappers, this party will help you forget all about that pesky 18th amendment.
Mon. Dec. 24, 3-6 p.m.
Dorothy Chandler Pavillion Music Center
Kick off Christmas Eve with a musical celebration! Bands, choirs, and dancers will perform, bringing together many diverse holiday traditions!
Mon. Dec. 24, 8 p.m.
Bar Lubitsch, 7702 Santa Monica Blvd., West Hollywood
Get in the the fest of lights spirit with a Hanukkah bush, comedy superstar movie marathon, a Chinese food buffet, live music, and strip dreidel! This party may not be your latest mitzvah, but it may just have you praising the miracle of light.
