Big Mike’s Ultimate Beach Workout
Wussies, beware: you’ll get kicked into gear with this high-powered bootcamp! Participants meet on the beach three times a week for classes in the early morning, and one thing’s for sure: this sand-stomping, high-energy atmosphere will wake you up way more than a cup of coffee ever could!
For the absolute best start to your Sunday, make the trek over to Malibu for beginner-level yoga right on the PCH. Hosted by the world-famous Gladstones restaurant, attendees are encouraged to complement the class with a delish light breakfast, à la yogurt parfaits and poached eggs. And don’t be put off by the early morning start time — we guarantee this om-azing class is worth it!
