A Penn State University study tested two groups of participants doing professionally designed exercise with one group substituting two 30-minute GRIT SERIES workouts for one hour of different cardio. After six weeks, all participants showed improvement in oxygen consumption and back strength, along with decreases in trigycerides, body fat, and waist circumference. However, those who swapped GRIT SERIES workouts saw double the results! Double!
