Happy Thanksgiving FabFitFun fam!
If you’re like us, the turkey (or Tofurky) is roasting, the pie is baking, the potatoes are mashing and our stomachs are stretching (and yes, the gym is calling…but we’re responding tomorrow).
We love Thanksgiving and in keeping with last year’s tradition we decided to forgo the typical post in favor of giving thanks. We’ve been incredibly blessed this year and we want to share the happiness with you!
Giuliana: Last Thanksgiving was the saddest of my life. I had been diagnosed with breast cancer just two months earlier and was preparing for a bilateral mastectomy two weeks after Thanksgiving. It’s pretty incredible what a difference a year makes! This Thanksgiving I couldn’t be happier and more at peace with life. I am most thankful for my good health and the good health of my baby boy, my husband, and all my friends and family. I’m also thankful for all the blessings God has given me and continues to give me every single day of my life. Life is good!
Katie: This year has been a pretty unforgettable journey. I’m incredibly grateful for my amazing family and friends who give me endless amounts of support, love and snort-inducing laughter, my two crazy dogs, sour candy, hotel beds, blow-dry bars, and our ridiculously talented, ever-growing FabFitFun team! But most importantly I’m thankful to my husband who gave me the best 1-year anniversary present ever — a baby girl set to make her big debut in March!
Franke: This has been an incredible year. I’m thankful for good health, chocolate, my family, chocolate, my amazing BFFs, and chocolate.
Tasha: I’m thankful that I’ve had such amazing opportunities with FabFitFun, including traveling to Eastern Europe, attending the Oscars red carpet, and interviewing Ryan Gosling (OK, so that one didn’t happen. But a girl can dream!). I’m also thankful for my incredible family and irreplaceable friends.
Christy: So much to be thankful for this year! My amazing husband, who has taught me to fight for what I deserve and reminded me to never, ever give up. My family who, for some reason, think I’m talented, funny, and worth all of those flights back and forth from Chicago. And all the little things: Howard Stern in the morning, Chicago food, Downton Abbey, and Boardwalk Empire reruns (hello, Michael Pitt).
Daniel: I am thankful to be working with such a wonderful team at FabFitFun.
Kim: I am truly grateful for my family and friends. They are always there for me and bring me much happiness even in challenging times.
Kevin: This year I’m thankful for my incredibly supportive friends, FabFitFun family and the opportunity to grow an amazing company that helps people live healthier, happier lives.
Vanessa: I am thankful for my wonderful family, supportive friends, and for working at FabFitFun, a job that allows me to express my creativity, learn new things every day, and surround myself with a bunch of intelligent, fun co-workers, who accept — and encourage — my crude humor. I am thankful for all of the guest reviewers for my blog, Ma’amCakes, and I am thankful that LA has such an abundance of pancake options.
Jack: I’m grateful to be a new part of the awesome team of people here at FabFItFun who are a great inspiration for fresh new design concepts. Also, I’d like to thank my parents for all their years of love and support.
Sarah: This Thanksgiving I am most thankful for my family, friends and my good health. In the past year, I have had many people close to me go through health struggles and I am so thankful that they are all doing much better now. I am so thankful for each precious day on Earth and am living life to the fullest!
Julia: First and foremost I’m grateful for the friends I’ve made through FFF! I’m grateful for my legs, without which I wouldn’t be able to run like I do, and let’s just be honest, I’m grateful to Justin Bieber for making me feel young and like it’s OK to have crushes on 18-year-olds. #bieberfever
Deven: This year I am thankful for my supportive family, especially my sisters who drove 30 hours cross-country to move me to Los Angeles, my friends who laugh at my shenanigans, and as with every year, I am thankful for chocolate and Sephora.
Caitie: I’m thankful for my unbelievably loving and supportive parents, sister (who happens to be the best one around) and family, my boyfriend who makes me laugh more than anyone, my wonderful friends, being healthy and having this amazing internship at FFF!
Aly: Over the past few months, I’ve realized that at any moment, everything can change in unexpected ways. I’m thankful for the people who have decided to surf those waves with me, not swim back to shore, and for all the copious amounts of froyo, laughing like little kids, and alternating between nights in and parties out we’ve experienced along the way.
Candice: I’m thankful for amazing parents and their sacrifices, supportive friends who are always loving and honest, and the opportunity to work with FabFitFun!
Celestine: I am thankful for Friends Thanksgiving episode reruns, Jim Mora coaching the UCLA football team, #TheStruggle and #firstworldproblems, Jennifer Aniston’s rock, God and his plan for me that seems to be working out so far, all the loved ones He has put in my life, Obama leading this great country I’m not technically a part of, jokes about swimming over from China, and an internship in which I am responsible for looking up Humpday Hottie potentials.
Erin:Aside from being so grateful to be a part of the wonderful FFF team, I am thankful for Boardwalk Empire, ice cream sandwiches at Milk, and my amazing parents who made it possible for me to move from San Jose all the way to super-sunny and fabulous Los Angeles.
Anna: This year I am thankful for my incredibly supportive friends and family who stood by my side as I married my handsome and wonderful high school sweetheart. I’m thankful for all of the amazing opportunities that Fash Boulevard has blessed me with, from working alongside Lauren Conrad, to writing for the ultra inspiring FabFitfun. The last eleven months have been a whirlwind of excitement, joy, and most importantly…gratitude.
Lauryn: I couldn’t be more grateful for my family- they are one of a kind & continue to brighten each day. This year has been crazy because of blogging; it’s enhanced my life in every way possible. My readers are the most amazing, inspirational ladies ever! Oh & I’m also thankful for fresh cranberry sauce, champagne, and a chili stuffed turkey. Just saying.
Sharzad: I am so thankful for being able to do what I love for a living and I’m always thankful for my beautiful, talented, smart hubby, family, and friends!
Laurel: I’m thankful for those who support me when they have no idea how badly I need them. It’s often unknown people- the readers and viewers, who comment on a post or send an email saying “thank you, you helped me…”- they can have the biggest effect, bringing tears to my eyes and strength to my spirit. And red velvet cupcakes.
Molliee: This year I am thankful for my wonderful family and fabulous fiancé. I am also so grateful for my precious Pomeranian, Gaston, who gives me so much joy every single day!
Donna: I am grateful for my health, my supportive parents, younger brother Yale (who I’m so proud of), and amazing friends. I’m also thankful for a career that I love and surrounded by such creative and like-minded people.
Dayna: I am thankful for my loving friends and family, their support and confidence in my blog, Pinky to Posh, and of course that we are all safe after the disaster of Hurricane Sandy. I am also grateful for Starbucks WiFi and their seasonal lattes that keep me patient and productive as I wait for my power to come back on!
Sydne: I’m so thankful for all the supportive people in my life. I couldn’t be where I am today without my family, boyfriend, friends and wonderful readers. I’m also thankful for my rescue dog, who puts a smile on my face every morning.
The Workout Girl: This year, I’m most thankful for the health and happiness of my family and friends. I also feel extremely fortunate to be welcomed as part of the FabFitFun team. In the wake of Hurricane Sandy, this Thanksgiving I will be thinking about those affected by the storm’s devastation; my thoughts and prayers go out to victims and their families.
Jill: I’m thankful for my family and friends (as always), but also thankful for a new chapter which no longer includes snowy winters (Hello Cali sunshine, peace out puffy jackets!) I’m also thankful for my health mainly because it grants me the ability to dance around my apartment. Lastly, I’m über-thankful for the fact that the Backstreet Boys released a Christmas song to which this Jewish girl can dance around said apartment to.
Kara: This year I’m thankful for the health and well-being of my super awesome husband, fun-loving family, and adorably fickle dog. Oh, and reality television.

I feel very blessed to have a great job and for the opportunity to work with the incredibly fetch Fab Fit Fun team! And, of course, I’m thankful for the return of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills!
Dawn: I try to find gratitude in every day so I love that Thanksgiving is the ultimate holiday of gratitude. And, speaking of family, I am so thankful for my warm-hearted family in Dallas, daily inspiration and little happies that every different day brings!
