Kick Your Own Butt
Can you feel it? It’s coming. The holiday season is only weeks away. And with the parties and shopping sprees comes the irresistible urge to stuff our faces with every sweet in sight. Why does our willpower mysteriously disappear every December? Why can’t we just say “no” to that third slice of apple pie? And that bowl of mashed potatoes. Um, and our niece’s gingerbread house.
While we don’t want to give up our favorite treats (OK, maybe we should leave the gingerbread house alone), we do want to keep up the healthy routine we’ve been perfecting all year long. So, when On Your Mark dared us to enter their 30-Day Holiday Challenge, we agreed!
This isn’t a challenge to enter into lightly! To successfully complete the course, participants must complete 30 classes in 30 days between Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve. You can choose from any of OYM’s intense group classes, and even pull a double or triple class day if you’re feeling particularly badass.
Everyone who successfully completes the challenge will be treated to a one-of-a-kind celebration class featuring five 30-minute sessions, expert rehab and nutrition advice, and free goodies and gear from Kind Bar and Greater Than coconut water. What did you think they’d offer? Pumpkin doughnuts? (Mmmm, doughnuts…)
