Chia Seed Shake

Ingredients:
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
2 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Powdered or liquid stevia to sweeten

Directions:
1. Stir chia seeds into almond milk in a glass. Let sit for 15 minutes to allow the chia seeds to absorb some of the liquid and begin to create a gel.
2. Stir in the rest of the ingredients, making it sweet to suit your taste.
